50 Years of Crafting Margaret River Wines
Our range of wines covers the fun and friendly to the award-winning and sophisticated. In 2023 alone, our wines were awarded 20 Trophies and 45 Gold Medals, firmly establishing Evans & Tate as one of the most highly awarded wineries in Australia.
Since 1972 our wines have held a special place in the hearts of Australian wine drinkers around the country. We continue to offer the trusted and familiar styles that have been the anchor of Evans & Tate since our beginnings, as well as new, more adventurous offerings, and the premium Redbrook range.
Redbrook Reserve Range
The Redbrook Reserve range represents the the very heart of our portfolio. The grapes sourced for these two varietals are made from some of the oldest vines (40 years old) in the Wilyabrup subregion of Margaret River. This enables a bold, thought-provoking expression of the this incredible southwest region. Full of rich fruit character, these beautiful wines will reward for many years to come. Our Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded a Best in Show at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023.
Redbrook Estate Range
The Redbrook Estate range delivers varietally expressive, fruit-driven wines which encompass the essence of Margaret River. The Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot and Shiraz are among some of the region, and Australia's, finest wines. Our Redbrook Estate Chardonnay was crowned the Best Australia Chardonnay (James Halilday Australian Chardonnay Challenge 2023) and our Redbrook Estate Shiraz was awarded the prestigious Max Schubert Trophy (Royal Adelaide Wine Show 2023).
The Flagship
The Evans & Tate Flagship wine represents the pinnacle of Evans & Tate's winemaking. Offering tiny quantities, these wines are bottle aged for at least a decade before release to our members. proving a unique insight to Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon.
Single Vineyard
An instinctive, hands-off approach is used in the making of our single vineyard wines, allowing the character of each vineyard to sing. This achieves a world-class wine style, showcasing special pockets of Margaret River terroir.
Wild Cape
Wild Cape is a celebration of the raw beauty of Western Australia’s South West and is inspired by the spectacular coastline and distinct regional characteristics of Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Breathing Space
As a reflection of Margaret River’s tranquil landscapes, the Breathing Space range inspires a sense of relaxation. Refresh and indulge in the lifted aromatics and fruity freshness of these classic varieties.
EXpressions
Our Evans & Tate Expressions range celebrates the spirit of Margaret River with a series of serious wines without the serious attitude. The range includes; Fresh as a Daisy SSB, Perfect Pick Sauvignon Blanc, Butterball Chardonnay, Strawberry Fields Rosé and Smooth Operator Cabernet Merlot.
CLASSIC
The Evans & Tate Classic range has earned its place in the hearts of wine lovers for many decades and is now the number one selling Margaret River wine. The range embodies the sun, surf and relaxed lifestyle of Margaret River by delivering wines that are progressive and varietally distinctive.
